Kitchen Basics & Simple Meals
This program is designed to help young people build confidence in the kitchen.
During this program, participants will create simple meals while learning new skills in the kitchen, such as safety with tools and appliances, food handling, cleaning and sanitizing. Each week, participants will make a simple, healthy meal from start to finish.
This program can also be taught 1:1 if preferred by the learner.
Number of Sessions: 8
Prerequisites
Individual must be motivated to attend.
Pre-screening will take place prior to registration.
