Cook, Bake, Eat for Adults
This program is designed to help adults build confidence in the kitchen.
During this program, participants will continue to build their kitchen skills learned in the Kitchen Basics & Simple Meals program. Each week, participants will make a simple, healthy meal or snack from start to finish.
This program can also be taught 1:1 if preferred by the learner.
Number of Sessions: 6
Prerequisites
Individual must be motivated to attend. Pre-screening will take place prior to registration.
